CallWave Alert
This basic CallWave service plan, Alert, allows you to see the Caller ID of the person calling while you are online.  There is an administrative fee of $17.95 per year for this service.  There are no additional monthly charges from CallWave.  Your phone company will add the cost of "busy call forwarding" (approx. $1.50 per month) to your phone bill if you don't already have it.

CallWave Messenger
Messenger is CallWave's most popular service.  It allows you to instantly hear your caller's message (one minute maximum) plus see the caller's ID (telephone number and name).  You can record a greeting in your own voice.  The Messenger service includes a Fax number with unlimited usage.  For most people the cost of this service is $3.95 per month ($3.95 if paid by credit card or $5.95 if billed to your telephone company).  It does require that you have "busy call forwarding" on your telephone line.

CallWave Connect
Connect has all of the features and functionality of Messenger and more.  As with Messenger, you get the caller’s name, number and message.  You can also elect to talk to the caller for 10 minutes by clicking on a button.  The cost of this service is $7.95 per month plus the charge from your phone company for the "busy call forwarding".  Connect comes with the several extras at no additional cost: Fax number with unlimited usage, a toll-free home number, a CallWave phone number, and telemarketer blocking (see "Additional CallWave Features" below for more information).

CallWave PRO Connect
PRO Connect is identical to Connect except you can talk to the caller for 1 hour instead of the 10 minutes.  It only costs $2.00 more per month than Connect.

Additional CallWave Features - Many of the CallWave plans include the extra features described below at no additional cost.

• Fax Number - Your own personal Fax Telephone number that allows people to send you faxes which are delivered directly and privately to your email inbox. Service comes with all four CallWave plans. You are limited to 3 faxes per month with the CallWave Alert plan. There is no limit on the number of faxes you can receive with the other plans.
• Toll-Free Home Number - A telephone number that friends and family can use to call you with no long distance costs. You can set the Toll-Free Home Number to ring at any phone anywhere in the United States. For instance your home phone, your cell phone, your work phone or any other phone you have access to. Calls will be forwarded to the number you select. Callers will be able to leave you a message if you are not available. This feature comes with CallWave Connect (10 min. per phone call) and CallWave PRO Connect (60 min. per phone call).
• CallWave Phone Number - Your own personal, private phone number that you can give to your friends and family so they can reach you anywhere, anytime - whether you're online, on the phone or away from home. Its a number that you can give to people who you had rather not have your home phone number. Use it when you need to enter a phone number while conducting a transaction on the internet. You can set it to transfer to any telephone you want. This feature comes with CallWave Connect (10 min. per phone call) and CallWave PRO Connect (60 min. per phone call).
• Telemarketer Blocking - This feature blocks annoying telemarketer calls and triggers the removal of your phone number from the telemarketer's automated dialing system. It comes with CallWave Connect and CallWave PRO Connect.

As a user of the CallWave Internet Answering Machine, you will be able to
    - change your service plan,
    - change the additional feature settings,
    - contact CallWave customer care or
    - cancel your service
at anytime by clicking on the Menu or Help button on your control console or by logging into your CallWave account.
